I know I do these a lot and you probably just think that I am a super happy, super grateful person.
Ehhh. Wrong!
These are for my own sanity and for my own little dose of gratitude.
So, here we go -

I love that he was pretending he was a puppy dog while playing in the snow.

Then, his shoes came off . . . . and he was okay with that . . . . and came inside cheerfully.
I was sitting inside pleading for warm weather to arrive.
Kids make everything in life fun.
I love when a show that you loved as a kid comes on tv.
This 1970's movie

came on and I watched it so happily, even though on Internet Movie Database (IMDB) it was given 4 out of 10 stars and the review on it was "Yuck!"
You've never seen it?
Wanna know what it's about?
Not telling.
Go watch it!
You'll . . . . . enjoy it :)
There is just something about those childhood loves that make you feel warm and at home.
I love damask.

Ohhhhh, I LOVE IT! I would wallpaper my entire house in this stuff and live happily the rest of my days.
Seriously.
I may live the rest of my life alone . . . . but at least I would have my damask.

So, what movies did you love as a child that are probably not on the top 100 list (if ya know what I mean)?

Holy cow.... where do I even begin with this post!
First... can I come live in your Damask house?!? LOOOOOOVE that print/pattern/texture too!
Second.... movies. I'm pretty sure I've seen EVERY ridiculously wonderful and ridiculous (did I already say that?!) kids' movie. You HAVE to see Snow White. The one done by Canon Movie Tales. It's not animated and have real life "little people" as the dwarves. Holy cow... SOOO weird, but incredible. Netflix might be the only one that carries it. How about "The Boy Who Could Fly"? Or "Not Quite Human"? same main actor. Wow... the list could go on and on, but there are a few fond memories. :)
Oh Desiree, (at least I assume that was Desiree leaving the last comment. Not sure what I would think about Jared loving damask and wanting to come live in my damask house :) ) I totally loved that Snow White movie. Ha ha! So, you gonna come help me wallpaper my house in damask while Davin is at work. Oh, I wish. . . .
I am obsessed with damask as well. No worries - I'd do the same. I've thougt about wallpapering a room in it :-)
No damask for me. But I'll live next door.
I LOVED Howard the Duck. Only because it was so ridiculously, insanely unrealistic that my friends and I laughed the entire way through. I haven't seen it again since it came out in theaters WAAAAAAAY back when. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if it NEVER made it to video.
But man, was it funny. Not sure what I'd think of it now.
What about Labyrinth? Its pretty weird but I remember watching it over and over.
