Portland is quite the magical place. In one hour it can go from dark, gloomy, and rainy to bright, warm, and wonderful. We took part in one of those uncanny moments today. We went outside to enjoy the sparkling rain 
to jump in the puddles, 
and to feel the drops on our fingertips.
We ended up enjoying the toasty sun as well.
Christopher loved having dirty shoes
and a tough muddy truck to push around.
Andrew was content with some sun in his face
and a hand safeguarding the bottle.
We had fun
and some of us got a little worn out.
